1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drafted in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Personal Data and Its Protection'.
SPCTR (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) sets the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities when processing personal data.
2. Data Collected
The Operator may process the following personal data of the User: Name, Email address, and text data describing the essence of the business task.
The aforementioned data hereinafter in the text of the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal Data.
3. Use and Transfer of Data
The purpose of processing personal data is to clarify project details and provide feedback to the User. The Operator has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services.
To ensure prompt communication, form data is transmitted via the secure Telegram messenger API. Data is not transferred to third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes.
